Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, and free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges for change of mind return reason. We recommend you use a service with a tracking number to help us locate the package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will be responsible for return shipping costs if the claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the damaged or wrong items are returned via USPS ground. Return shipping costs will be refunded in coupon code within 10 business days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods.

Package Theft

In the event of theft, we will issue you a refund of up to $100 for the first instance. However, for any subsequent thefts to the same address or account, you will be solely responsible for the products at your delivery address. We will not offer refunds for any subsequent theft claims.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
